My name is Justin and I have been associated with the fitness industry since 2013 both civilian and military. I have always been a strong believer in functional training and the benefits it entails, human movement as a whole has been hindered by everyday life, may that be through sitting at a desk or employing poor practices due to underused muscles. My promise to you is that I will have you conscious of how your body operates and create the mind-muscle connection that is essential for a more efficient movement pattern.
A little bit about me I completed my Cert III & IV in fitness in 2013 where I proceeded to work out of Anytime Fitness in Brisbane for 12 months. I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2014 and served both in country and overseas on a seagoing vessel, I have now earned the position of Physical Training Instructor working out of HMAS Coonawarra at Larrakeyah. Other civilian qualifications I have obtained since is a LVL 1 in Strength and Conditioning, Bronze Medallion and Cert in Nutrition.
I specialise in Olympic lifting and coaching techniques as well as fat loss and developing neuromuscular co-ordination. I am always down for a chat or to help out wherever I can so if you see me floating around don’t hesitate to say hey!
