The amazing Karen has been in the fitness industry since the 90’s (and that’s the only date she’ll give). Karen strives to promote Health and Fitness at a local and greater community level and she is actively with school and community groups in promoting health and fitness. Karen combines her Nursing with her ever increasing list of qualifications to provide her clients with a holistic approach for their fitness and health goals.
Life motto: Health and Fitness should be a priority for us all, at any age and at any life stage. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way!!
