What are my current training goals – To increase my weights, tone my body and to get down to 69kg How has your fitness changed your life – I’m a lot more focused, less grumpy, look forward to everyday, life is so much easier. Having people I know and strangers come up to me saying on how I inspire them with their weight loss and exercise.
What motivates you to be active everyday – All the feed back from everyone on how much better I look and I give them the motivation to help their self and also not wanting to go back to the ‘old’ me.
What’s been the hardest part during your transformation – The hardest part was walking into the gym and starting this journey. Also when the scales didn’t move. What’s been the easiest part during your transformation- The easiest part was make to time to get to the gym everyday.
What are some of the things you enjoy about training with Peter – Peter makes every session fun and enjoyable and every session I do is different.
Is there something he’s done that helped you the most over your journey – Peter has given me purpose to love myself again and who has guided this change in my life, health and my fitness. The support I’ve had from Peter, there was no way I could have done this change in my life with out him.
What do you like about iFitness247 clubs – It is convenient that you can go any time of the day or night, the staff at Coolalinga are always happy and speak to you when you go in and out.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about starting a fitness journey – Just do it! I’ve been over weight most of my adult life and tried lots of different diets, they work for a little bit, but I’ve always gone back to my old way. But it’s different this time, I’ve had the help to understand and change the way I look at food and exercise and from that I have become a bit of a gym junky. It’s been a hard journey, life has changed so much for the better .
