During BODYBALANCE™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Metafit is a style of High Intensity Interval Training and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible! You will continue to burn calories for up to 40 hours AFTER the class!

MetaPWR (MetaPower) is a thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training

Step has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints. HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
