Gwen is apart of the growing Bilateral Personal Training team. Here is a bit about her extensive history in the fitness world:
‘I have worked within the fitness industry since 1997, starting in reception before becoming qualified as a group fitness instructor, gym instructor and personal trainer in 1998. Over the years I have worked within the fitness industry part-time and then full time as my children grew up and became more independent. My own personal goal is to stay functionally independent, fit, healthy and happy as I grow older. I do challenge myself in all aspects of fitness; cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core, however over the years I have needed to make adjustments to my fitness routine to ensure I protect myself from injury. As a personal trainer what I bring to my clients is experience, understanding change in ability as we grow older and a passion to help clients achieve their goals while building confidence and well being.’
