Hi my name is Michaela, I have experience in physical fitness through serving in the defence force for 6 years and am passionate about nutrition, health and fitness.
I’ve been on my own journey, and have done strength and conditioning training and lost over 15kgs I became a Personal Trainer to help others become a healthier and stronger version of themselves that they didn’t believe was possible.
I enjoy training groups, 1 on 1, outdoor boot camps and athletes training for specific sports/activities. I am an approachable person, if you see me around the gym feel free to strike up a conversation or say hello!
