Originally from Northern NSW, Mitch recently completed his Personal Training certificates earlier this year and has extensive history in Sports and Conditioning using sports specific movements while applying his high level rugby coaching experience along the way!

Mitch enjoys the functionality that regular exercise facilitates, strongly focusing on ROM (Range of Motion) with compound movements, improving and increasing muscle activation, flexibility, and mobility, using correct and safe techniques as ALWAYS highly applied by any BPT trainer👌

This big man is thoroughly dedicated and will go the extra mile at helping people reach their goals!
